What items do you not accept?
We cannot haul hazardous materials including paint (non-latex), chemicals, solvents, asbestos, biohazardous waste, or items exposed to bedbugs. For everything else — furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste — we can take it.
How is pricing determined?
We price based on the volume of junk loaded into our truck (a 20 cubic yard truck). We give you a firm quote on-site before we start — no hidden fees. Dense materials like concrete and drywall are quoted separately at dense material rates.
Is labor included in the price?
Yes — 15 minutes of loading time for a 2-man crew is included with every ¼ truckload. Additional labor beyond the included time is charged at $65 per crew member per hour.
Do you donate or recycle items?
Yes — we always sort for donation and recycling first. Usable furniture and appliances go to local charities. Metal and electronics are recycled responsibly.
